Book your Tour Safari contact us direct by; email, fax or phone or contact your Travel
Agent. Booking Form must be completed and payments as follow: 10 % (Ten per Cent) after 7
days booking and 90 % (Ninety per cent) 15 days before starting the Safari. Percentage and
amounts per Person. Booking is confirmed, after our confirmation when issued a commercial
invoice.
Amount
of cancellation of your booking will be charge: more than 21 days the deposit, 7 a 10 days
50 %, less 7 days 100%. To change any details of the Tour Safari booked (departure dates,
accommodation types, etc) we will do our best to do the changes but without
engagement.
By “Force Majeure” could the Tour Safari be cancelled. Events which as our company
as the supplier (s) of the service(s) could not, even all due care, such as, war, threat
of war, civil strike, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, bad weather
conditions or similar events. We do not accept liability or pay any compensation if the
Tour Safari is cancelled by “ Force Majeure”.
If the behavior of any client is not properly face to other clients or to the animals,
during the Tour Safari, mainly in the Lodges/Hotels booked or into National Parks/Private
Game Reserves, we have the right to cancel the Tour Safari and any refund, costs or
compensation may incur.
We advise all clients to require to purchase a travel insurance, witch must include medical
assistance, and repatriation.
Driving in Namibia is on left side. Majority of gravel, salted and tarred roads, are in good
conditions, anyway we strongly advise you that you must be very careful. Speed limit, out
of towns 80 Km/h and you must stop your travel until 05 H 30 Pm.
